So after another extended time spent on hold with AT&T my order is updated with a request for the engineer to call me when he arrives, along with detailed directions on how to get to our house from the guest parking! Let's see what happens tomorrow AM, as I have an appointment for before noon (yeah, what are the chances that they get here before 17:00?).
