Sooo... back to work. Phone line nightmare was due to be resolved today. List of stuff on the to do list for AT&T:
rewire one jack for home office line
port 862 number over to replace the 861 number
transfer home line (Angel's old home line) over including DSL
What was completed... NOTHING!
After numerous calls to and from AT&T here is the plan...
They disconnect the 861 number (which they gave me when my line was originally transferred) today (including DSL)
home line (522 number) to be set up today/tomorrow... without DSL
I get to work from Crooms on Thursday + Friday as I will not have internet here
Saturday morning Time Warner set-up high speed internet
on the 10th NOVEMBER my office line is transferred and the jack rewiring is complete!!!
No charges between the 16th October and the 10th November for the line... as that will be how long it takes them to get it all set up properly! Long and short... COMPLETE AT&T FRACKUP FROM START TO FINISH!!!!!!!!!!! ARRRGGGHHHH
